Treacherous Cretins present… The Conceptual Continuity Tour - 60 Years of Frank Zappa | London | Bank Holiday Monday 25 May 2026 | The Lexington

Treacherous Cretins are back once again to deliver a dynamite show, celebrating the work of Frank Zappa.

2026 marks 60 years since the release of Frank’s debut album with The Mothers of Invention, Freak Out. In the 27-year-long career that followed, Frank’s prolific output totalled 62 albums, with dozens more released posthumously since his passing in 1993.

The Conceptual Continuity Tour promises to celebrate the depth and breadth of Frank’s vast body of work, with the Cretins crafting a setlist that will take the audience through every era of his sound - from the late 1960s psychedelic sound of the Mothers of Invention, through to the progressive, politically-charged songs from his final 1988 tour. Expect your favourite Zappa classics, with a generous helping of deep cuts - including tracks never before performed live: even by Zappa himself.

*Note* - unlike in previous years, Robert “Bobby” Martin will NOT be performing with Treacherous Cretins, due to ill health.
