On Thursday 21st November Hand In Hive celebrates its 5th birthday with HAND IN 5IVE: a special show at The Lexington, London.
Setup in the summer of 2014, the label and management company welcomes Swimming Tapes, Saltwater Sun and Wyldest to one of the capitals best-loved indie music venues.
The night, presented by friends at The Line Of Best Fit, will be raising money and awareness for CALM, The Campaign Against Living Miserably who are leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK.
Approved by the likes of BBC Radio 6 Music and DIY Magazine and drawing on Real Estate and Teenage Fanclub, Swimming Tapes will bring their blissful brand of nostalgic indie-pop. Wyldest deliver dreamy shoegaze for fans of Beach House and Cocteau Twins, playing tracks from their 2019 debut album Dream Chaos, while Saltwater Sun, one of the original signings to the label and fresh from slots at Latitude and Isle Of Wight Festival, provide their brilliantly raucous live show to get the party started.
